Structural and Morphological Analysis of Nano Sized Anions Doped Hydroxyapatite

Inorganic sulphate and silicate is required by all mammalian cells to function properly, it the most abundant anion in human plasma. Sulphate ions are major source of sulphur which considered an important element for sustenance life as present essential amino properly.This paper aimed compare constitutional physical property pure hydroxyapatite (HA) doped with different kinds anions such (SO42-) (SiO44-). The phase HA, SHA (SO42- HA), SiHA (SiO44- HA) were successfully synthesised using microwave-assisted precipitation technique method. acquired materials recognize X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy-dispersive (EDX) techniques. consequence shows that incorporation SO42- SiO44- revealed shrinkage along a-axis expansion c-axis. FTIR show diminished intensity OH group addition anions. particles shape significantly decreased changed rod SO42-. Ca/P ratios acceptable values. Based on outcomes, demonstrated integrated HA crystal no decomposition phase.
